This poll is very simple YES or NO. No political correctness here.
I'll start is off with NO. Nothing more to add.

The question I believe we should be asking is if CMKX has anything against doing this ? If not then, it may be easier to make up our minds.

NO,
How anyone could say yes to another attorney? Is IQ a doctor or an attorney?

I feel it would be a mistake if we are just sitting down as well. We need to make the courts know that we are not going to be sitting down, shareholder support should be there in full force. They need to know we mean business as well, and the SEC better not try to mess with CMKX. ;D

I believe your stance in holding onto your shares is evidence enough that your behind the company.I don't really think sending a lawyer is proving we have shareholder backing completely. It just should be understood that if we have 10,000's of shareholder, then 10,000's of people believe and trust where their money has been used..Like others believe, and by personal experience, I've seen what lawyers can do to simple cases and create conufusion..Not to mention if he does get a chance to speak, which I doubt, how does anyone know he will say what shareholders want him to.. BTW--Don't mean to offend any Lawyers in the room

From Andy about the new lawyer FWIW:
I also taked about Mr Frizzell and he thought that this would be a bad idea for any shareholder to get invlved in because Urban has the attorneys to take care of us and they have also added other attorneys besides the Stocklein group thats already in place.
