Don't think so either, but someone was obviously upset with him enough to post the links....over on the RB..

Appears they are a matter of public record and under the freedom of information act, availabe to any and all..

He's certainly had his share of SEC attention. I'm not sure what to think of the recent PR's he's put out. I do know it's caused CMKX and Andrew Hill some concern.
Probably does more harm than good.
