SEC getting pounded with your letters Apr. 14/05 KevinW777 Diamond Finder member is offline Posts: 72 Report This Member SEC getting pounded with your letters « Thread started on: Today at 09:20am » <br> -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have already heard from shareholders from around the world today that are writing letters to the SEC. It only takes a minute and it lets EVERYONE at the SEC know WE are ALL watching them! A simple Yes or No answer is all we need. We have a page set up just for it and all you have to do is copy and paste the letter there and insert your name and date you became a CMKX shareholder. It’s all on an easy to use email merge and the email goes to the attorneys involved in the case against CMKX as well as the bigwigs in charge! Please go to www.ahandup.us/letter_to_SEC.htm and take the 2 minutes it will take to send your letter and have your voice heard TODAY! This is for ALL CMKX Shareholders and not for any specific groups. Let’s make the a UNITED effort! UNITED we stand, Divided… we fall Blessings, KW cmkxdiamond.proboards32.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1113492050

That is a great idea, we need to let them know we're watching.
I just did it.
Thank you for your e-mail to the Chairman's Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Your comments and concerns are very important to us. Unfortunately, because of the large volume of e-mail received, the Chairman can not personally respond to each message. We do read and carefully consider the opinions expressed in all of the e-mails that we receive.
....
We deeply appreciate your taking the time to communicate your thoughts and concerns to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sincerely,
Susan Ferris Wyderko Director Office of Investor Education and Assistance U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
Waiting for a response.

It is short but to the point. I just forwarded the letter to the SEC and also sent it to 21 CMKX shareholder friends to have them do the same.
p.s. I will be heading to L.V. tomorrow for the races. I'll keep an ear to the ground for thing interesting.
I was also very happy to hear that if there had to be a hearing it was going to change locations and be in L.A. That should save me a lot of $$$$ because I can be to L.A. in 1:45 (in good traffice 3:45 in bad).
Long and STRONGER than ever,
Calminer

There are some people that I would prefer not to know my name, and the SEC is def 1 of them.
Sending this letter, is like giving your finger to a cop. Even when your not speeding he can still give you a ticket for some other charge that he makes up.
Who will the jude believe you or the cop, certainly not joe six pack.......
Sorry JMHO

ToddCT, I see your point but we do need to let them know we are looking after our investment. I formulated questions to the SEC, such as what the SEC is going to address in the courts, what is the exact date ? That I trust they will address the issue in a fair manner and we don't need to get more attorneys involved in the trial.... Along those lines. Just to let them know we are prepared to fight for what is ours. However we all have our own views and we all make our own choices.

todd every electronic communication is filtered for specific word content. it has been part of a U.S. & Britain exchange of info for years, to overcome the legalities of domestic espionage.
bhuddason p.s. just cuz u aint paranoid don't mean they ain't out to get you
peace be with you
