I have joined, but that was my decision since I do want them to prove that shorting is in fact taking place and it has been damaging to this company, my decision too is not based on what is being said around the boards but it is a moral issue for me. URL to join: www.cmkxownersgroup.com/agreement.php ;D ;D ;D

Thanks IQ...glad we can still express our opinions without people getting pumped ...I hate that sentiment...if you not with us...your with the "bad guys." that just BS..hype, these individuals that say that are attempting to impose their will on others...they need to get a life...lol Since the court has ruled that documents must be produced..... www.cmkxownersgroup.com/CMKXSubpoenatotheDTCC.pdfApril of 03 to April of 05. All trading records.Checkmate. cool if it comes about!!!! So then the hearsay evidence being collected by the group may in fact not be necessary, other than as a sort of supporting, but still an verified "unofficial" accumulation of shares for the judge to review... Any way this is shaping up to be a really nice " end game." But, I still don't believe it is, or was part of a "master plan,"......lol

I've haven't join but for my own reasons. Want to see what happens at the hearing. Then if needed I might think about it. If they need trading records I do have copies, but all of mine are in Roths and IRA's so getting certs are going to be hard.

That I wounldn't be too concerned with yet...you could always fax your numbers, maybe they will accept them...lol but the way things are shaping up...(see the frizzell thread) more may not be required...then again...what do I know?

If you pay via PayPal, don't forget to tack on an extra 2.50 or so for the transaction fees. Every bit helps.
