Stocklein said they filed Form 15 by mistake. $2 million spent on filings and they are not done.
Frizzell thanked the judge for being there. He told the judge that there are trillions of shares in this company...not billions as she thought.

Auditor (Levine) resigned yesterday (didn't like the secrecy surrounding CMKX)
Judge asked why First Global stopped being TA for CMKX for a week. (personal problems between UC and TA?) Said they dealt with it and its fine now.
Wall (SEC IT Guy) submitted Green Baron webcast into evidence on a CD.
SEC tried to disallow any naked shorting issues to be brought up.
