This companies symbol was MMON. They just did a R/S and when this happens, most companies loose their value quite rapidly.
I may take a look at it again when the PPS is at .000X if the company CEOs issue a no R/S statement.
Not all companies have their stock crash to these levels, how ever enough do to warrent fear in investing in them after a R/S. Take it for what it is worth.

I beleive this company is need of funds and may have done this R/S in an attempt to get the PPS up in order not to have to issue as many shares when they try to raise capital. How ever, most often this type of fund gathering fails and teh PPS drops back into the .000X range. I have not been in contact with any CEOs on the matter of further R/Ss as a company that has done one may do it again and again. We have seen some companies do R/S almost on a monthly basis. We have IVHN that is the new symbol for a company that has just gone through its 7 R/S since August of 2004. There are several others that are in competition to try to take the lead for most R/S. As alot of investors have watched their investment disapear, it causes them great concern and hesitation to invest in a company that the CEOs R/S the stock in the past.
Just some rambling opinions.

More information. Prior to them being MMON they traded using teh symbol MRMN. This R/S was the second in the last 6 months. This bit of information tells me that the CEOs do not feel any loyalty to their share holders.
Next, this company is represented by Loyola Finacial Services. This company is known for pumping the daylights out of a companies stock so that they can dump shares to help them rais capital. You will find their name representing many of the companies that continuosly R/S.
Based on this information I would be very hesitant on investing in this company. I will note a few companies that have R/S several times that they represent have been holding a little value.
