UCAD, formerly Barrington Foods International, Inc, formerly EBAIT, Inc.

It seems to me that these two companies might somehow be related beyond their current dealings. I'm sure some others out there might be able to help dig deeper and find out if this is the missing link between these two companies.

Both UCAD and CMKI morphed from eBait!!

Will need to dig a little deeper....
