IMPORTANT Re:Call Today With Chris H. At UCAD/USCA
« Thread started on: Today at 8:53pm » <br>Hi All,
The following are topics covered and answers provided by Chris Hanneman USCA/UCAD's, IR person, in a phone call with me earlier today.
Her spirits are up; she is very, very busy with all the happenings surrounding UCSA, and she is most frustrated regarding the SEC situation in that in the end it will be evident that UCSA will pass with flying colors.
She was very pleased with the shareholder turn out for the LV party and appreciates the support from all. [Note: Chris was really busy when I called; however, she remembered me from the party and was gracious enough to answer questions relating to the topics below before she had to rush-off to an appointment
3 for 1 Forward Split
Everyone will receive their 3 to 1 forward split at the rate at which the brokerage firms get it together and post said split. However, Ameritrade seems to be all messed up in that it has not booked properly the forward split to shareholder accounts. Chris was quite frustrated because of the Ameritrade mess in that she has spent time attempting to help them get it straight. She also said that the transfer agent knows exactly what is what and if there is any incorrect assignment of, or lack of assignment of the 3 for 1 forward split shares to anyone's account(s) it will be resolved. There is NO way anyone will not receive the correct shares due.
UCAD's Audited Financials
Chris said the company is "very comfortable" that their 2-quarters of audited financials are "squeaky clean" or they would not have submitted them. She said they believe there are "no improprieties" regarding the financials.
SEC Release For UCSA To Be Trading Again/b]
UCSA has provided the SEC with "stacks of papers" to support what it believes will satisfy the SEC's questions. Chris said not to expect anything other than to be trading on November 9, 2004; the day the SEC said they will lift the trading-halt; to expect anything sooner would be guesswork when dealing with a government agency.
On the Shore Gold Press Release Today
Chris said of the potential for UCSA's future; take a look at the Shore Gold press release today, November 2, 2004, regarding what they are finding on their property, and remember that UCSA OWNS 25% of Shore Gold.. This is only a part of what UCSA owns and is building for its shareholders.

Here is a quote from today's Shore Gold press release:
"Senior Vice President Exploration, George Read, states: “To date, kimberlite bulk sample processing has produced a 2,120 carat diamond parcel. The diamond parcel contains a significant proportion of large stones and an abundance of white diamonds, which will contribute favourably to the average value ultimately determined for the bulk sample diamond parcel. Among the most recent batches processed we have recovered two stones of particularly high value: 1) the 19.68 carat off white, fragment of a considerably larger stone, recovered from Batch 40. The fresh breakage surface suggests that this stone was broken during underground mining activities; and 2) the 4.77 carat white, flawless octahedron recovered from Batch 38B. These stones confirm the presence of large, high value diamonds in the Star Kimberlite. Photographs of these two diamonds will be available this week on the Shore Gold website: http://www.shoregold.com."

I believe the above information will help to answer some basic questions.

PS. I would have liked to had more time with Chris, but due to her time constraints, what is above is all I could accomplish.
PSS. The might be the possibility of a UCSA press release regarding any developments pertaining to the SEC questions, trading halt, etc., however, this is only me reading between the lines and was NOT, I repeat, was NOT stated by Chris.
