From another board FWIW: But I do agree with Andy on several things. Do not contact the SEC nor the lawyers. Let them do their job.
CMKX and Reality---A message from Andy Hill
Hi ALL
I am forwarding on to our group a very candid and informational post by Andy, CMKX IR person. I want to adamantly emphasize to our group the importance of following Andy's advice in NOT contacting the SEC as this will SLOW DOWN or perhaps HARM the process with the SEC which will result in full reporting status and the move to the OTC or, perhaps, a higher exchange.
I believe we can trust that with this new team in place more information and more candid, (less ambiguous), information will continue---similar to what we have seen in the last several PR's since Mahue took the helm.
I further believe that at this point it is just a mater of time, and, if we are willing to wait patiently a while longer we will all be richly rewarded.
Enjoy the post below and warm regards to all
Larry

Hi Larry....
Thought I would dispel some of the rather enthusiastic rumors pertaining to Roger Glenn and the new law firm, SLG. While I don't know the absolute specifics regarding RG, I can assure you there has been no SEC submissions while he was working on things. Suffice it to say RG was then and we have moved on, with a legal team whom Mr. Maheu is more familiar with. I don't intend to spend alot of time trying to figure out the rest of what RG may or may not have been doing and if he was working on something else pertaining to CMKX. I expect we will all find out when the time is appropriate, if there is anything to find out. IMO, there are more important things at hand at the present time.
I have spoken with the new legal team a number of times since their appointment to CMKX on Feb. 9th. They are great people and I will be communicating with them as we proceed. SLG's first brilliant maneuver was to do what the filing the other day provided. This was to switch CMKX from nonreporting back to reporting status with the SEC. Per the PR the other day, the SLG's primary task is to get CMKX back to full reporting compliance, but this is going to take them some time. SLG has a very good relationship with the SEC, hence this 60 day rule everyone is chattering about has been given some variance as each company is treated one on one per their individual circumstance.
SLG has smartly approached the SEC right at the beginning and said they may need longer than 60 days to get CMKX squared away with all the information required to get us back to full compliance. Appears the SEC is prepared to go along with this request, so SLG is going to get at it as fast as they can and we will have to see how we do. Shareholders can accept this explanation or not, but the variance has been granted. It is imperative however that shareholders leave the SEC alone as the more phone calls and questions received the increasing chance this could tick off the SEC and a compliance deadline could be imposed. This is something I doubt any of us wish for so I hope everyone will realize the importance of this and afford their cooperation to CMKX management and SLG.
The PR the other day clearly states there is alot of work to be done, so I need shareholders to calm themselves down and let SLG do their jobs. Seems to me they off to a roaring start and I am confident we will see some material submitted to the SEC along the way as they get things done. Everyone just has to remain patient and supportive of the CMKX Team and I am confident we will all get where we want to be.
Fully reporting and compliant and approved with an MM Form 211 for quotation back on the OTCBB. That is the objective and I think SLG is exactly what we need to get us there.
The other great thing about our switch back to reporting status is it should provide UC the opportunity to provide shareholders with an "operational" update, but I don't have a firm timeline for that yet.
So, there is lots to anticipate if we all stay the course and let things evolve. Thanks for your ongoing support and from all the other shareholders as well. Please contact me anytime.
