He checked with the transfer agent for our stock, and he cant get CERTS . He said he didn't know what was going on but , last week he Dunant think my concerns we're founded , and now he does . I directed him to The Owners group site for the tdwaterhouse letter , he brought up the site and said OH F**k . Then he said he had to get this letter to the legal dept. at Schwab NOW!
He asked me what I thought , and I said I think we brought counterfeit shares , at which point he said OH F**k again and promptly excused himself for the language . Then he said " they have no choice but to cover if they call for a cover " , then he said , I didn't think we had anything in the beginning but now he's not so sure .
The next thing to happen is Schwab will no longer handle CMKX , just watch .
This guy I a pretty level headed guy in my experience , I'll let everyone what happens next on this end .
