Liquidator's ? Does PRRM suspect any NSS by market makers concerning the company stock, and if so, what steps are being taken to combat this problem?
I feel they have not been paying enough attension to know if it is being NNS or not. They have not been concerned with the current pps as it has had no effect on them being able to do what they are trying to accomplish. If in the future they find themselves being shorted to the point of it being a problem, I am sure they will deal with it.

What was the date you raised your A/S to 40 billion from 20 and why did you do this
I am sorry I did not ask for quoted share structure, though in the conversations. if I am correct I beleive the A/S is 100 billion and the current O/S is about 40 billion. The raise in teh shares, both A/S and O/S where to pay for the aquisitions of PRRM.

What are the most important near-term and long-term goals you have set for the company to reach?
To continue with the aquisitions that they plan to aquire. They have several entities that they are considering on aquiring, as long as things can be worked out in a benificial way.
Long term, to become a reporting company.

is PRRM's prize will go up to 1 dollar ??
please let me know
Welcome, I hope you will find sucsess.
No one can tell you what to do you have to make your own desisions on wether to trade your shares or not.
I would never even think of a share selling at .0001 ever realy hitting a dollar, though it has happened. I look for the .0001 stocks that have the potensial to loose a 0 or better.
Yes I think PRRM has that potential to loose a 0 and hit .001 or better. When it hits this range then I or better, each one of us will need to sit back and reavaluate our positions, This is just my opinion on the value and what the stock might do.

how about asking them about NGHP and when will this company be up and running with a value to the stock?
The spin off has taken place. The president is at the mortgage company in Fla, his name is on one of the pr,s that mention the FLA company, but of the top of my mind I can not rememberhim. He would be the person we will have to direct our questions at, at this time.

Reading this new post by PRRM, I again have more quesitons than answers.
They don't tell us how much they paid for the company, where the money is coming from. (maybe that is why the stock has been hitting .0000 lately, are they dumping mroe shares to buy the company?) and what will this company add to the bottom line, and in how long?
I do like PRRM as for a super-sub pinky they give out more info than just about any of their peers. And being able to speak to the CEO is a huge plus in my book. I have spoken to him twice. Once about the dividend that had the date change, and once with just a few questions.
This might be the last time you can buy the stock at .0001 so everyone do some DD and check it out.

They used mostly shares to pay for the company, same as the way they paid for the others and most likely any in the future. They paid what was considered a fair price using shares. The shares they used are restricted and can not be dilluted into the market. The shares used where not evaluated at current pps, but on what was cosidered book value of the shares.
In laymans terms if you figured the shares are really worth a dollar, then to pay for a company worth a million dollars you would only pay a million shares irregardless of the current pps.
In my opinion from our conversations this current book value of our shares is about .0004 to .0006. If I am correct we paid less than one fourth of the value of the company using our current pps. Now if our shares go above that mark we would in the future be better off to dillute and use cash.
My oppinions, What PRRM is doing and wants to do. They are aquiring assets that will augment eachothers revenues and offset and lower some of eachothers fixed costs. There by increasing the botom lines. Each entity so far has had a posotive cash flow and should by all means stay in the black. Once when the full array of entities are brought onto line the company intends to become fully reporting.
