Management has told me that they have no intensions on doing a R/S
I know in the past one was done. It was done when current managment took over PRRM as basically a shell stock with the now NHGP as its only entity. Alot of times when a company is first takin as a shell a R/S will happen as the new CEOs will find it a nesesity.
With in my riecent interveiw with Dan and Ian, both seemed to be streight up people of carrecter, as I sat across the table with them, when the assured me there would be no R/S.

Warren, never count out a R/S in these stocks. There have been companies that have PR's that they will never do a R/S and within 2 weeks they announce a R/S coming.
Integrity matters a lot with these companies, and I know of a few others who have spoken to the management and have the same feelings you do, but don't count it out.

I have seen it a few times that a company would change their minds on a R/S Todd. How ever, you must invest on the information present and given. If you want to speculate that the CEOs of PRRM are liars or atempting to mis lead their investors, their should be a reasoning behind it.
Now Hexges was not insinuating these things. He I beleive as others will allude to the previous R/S, wich was originally a major concern of mine as well. I and others have done their reserch and feel comfortable with the reasons behind the R/S. Although I was not holding any of the stock that got R/S and wiped out. Those who were holding the stock are not very happy at all.
