I'm in the dark just like everyone else but I still don't think UC will file or appeal. Friz even hinted the thought of no appeal in his letter. Don't forget, Friz agreed to a confidentiality clause with CMKX when he was first allowed in the proceedings. He may or may not know more than he is telling us. I think the letter is great but Friz is being used as a front man IMHO. I only joined the first phase. I don't think I will be joining the second. Not because I don't think Friz is doing a good job. I just think there is a bigger picture that everyone is aware of except the shareholders of coarse. JMHO Long and Strong  |

I truly believe with all the important people and companies involved with cmkx,there is a quiet period at large with everyone involved.cmkx is sitting on their hands right now and is not going to raise their hand and ask a question,we are the ones.
Soon our questions will be answered.We will be making our moves.I am waiting for a pr to move me.

yes i agree saturn, we dont need two dierent factions pulling in two diferent directions it can only hurt us, we all know that the insiders are working dilengently on the matters that concern us all ,this is not the time to request a seat at the table ...with an ultimatation, in so many words i believe mgnt. will put out there info when the time is right this is a real cloak and dagger story ,with many directions, so please mr. frizzelle hang in there but lets show patience if and when we know what direction we are heading , then we can make our voices heard if we have to, i believe in this mgnt, give it the time we need , lets look at the forces that bode us evil . the sec & dtcc, and others that wish us ill , thats the real enemy , godblessall.

Or it could be the insiders just trying to get as much cash out of the company for themselves as they can before we get the "sorry the company is now worthless" letter in the mail from our respective brokers, and they write off our shares as complete losses, and UC and his mafia walk away with millions in sallaries and bonuses............

We would get nothing from a class action suit, you should know this just by being in the US or canada for abouta day or so.
If they settle mr Frizzle might get a few million in fees, and give each shareholder, hmmm lets see, either .000000000001 per share, or maybe a new share in a different company that is worth nothing.......
Class actions suits NEVER work in the favor of the "class" they are supposed to be protectiing, they are just a way for lawyers to earn huge fees, thats all
