I just got a notice saying I cant buy or sell my shares of USCI.
How much you want to bed the ba**ards are going to R/S on me without even a warning.

I just read the legal filing and it appears that USCI was halted and required to appear before a judge.
The company elected a non-lawyer to represent the firm and the Judge rejected him. Becuase they didn't have anyone at the meeting the Judge revoked the security.
So I am not sure if that means It is worthless or what is going on with it.

From what I gather, he is going to get an attorney and appeal. He suposably has all the filings and will get an attorney to do so.
Just something I herd.

It was semi reliable. The information was second hand, but the person who gave it to me, has a good reputation for being accurate.
This is no guarantee that we will trade again and were we can not trade I can not see why anyone would take the time to pump.

I heard again today, that the company just screwed up, and when they fix the problem they will be back again.
Of course I don't know if they might do a R/S before hand, or what they plan on doing to make the stock do something other than sit at .0001

I have no idea at this time either Todd. I am disapointed with them and their lack of concern.
I am a little fustrated with the eentire market right now. Alot of shorting or price manipulations happening. I am looking at a few companies that might be able to break through it.
I am also seeing alot of companies bottle up information like never before also. they are not responding and are very quiet.

I have noticed the same thing, the number of PR's has dropped a lot over the last 3 months.
On average at least.
I think many companies might be scared of the SEC coming after them when they hear about things like when the SEC shut down 8 pinkys in one day with basically one PR.

You are seeing the same thing. I am wondering who else the SEC has been in contact with that we do not know of as of yet. Companies are not going to PR such a thing and teh SEC only tells you when they shut some one down.
