Maybe this is a stupid question, but since we own 200bil shares of SGGM(which is currently trading at .04), doesn´t this mean that the valuation of CMKX is at least 200bil X .04 = 8bil? Does this kind of thing get put in the filings? Also, If CMKX gave a dividend of all the shares of SGGM, would we not be in the clear? The way I see it, if CMKX offers a non-restricted dividend of SGGM, we would recieve approx. 1 share of SGGM for every 3 shares of CMKX we own. This would have to drive the price of CMKX up because you would actually be getting a deal on CMKX up until the price hits at least .0113. After this, CMKX could come out with another pr stating what they found, to keep people from selling SGGM. Since SGGM owns 5% of CMKX, who would want to sell.
I don´t know, I am new at this and was just thinking about it the other day and wanted to know some thoughts. Thanks

The value of the shares of SGGM are only what others are willing to pay for it. Do you honestly thing someone will pay $8b for this company. I don't think so. Also if we were to get the dividends and they were unrestricted, the price would immedialty drop to .0001 as everyone would sell the shares immediatly. So value the shares at .0001 if you want a real value of the company, maybe less depending on what assets the underlying company has. T

Thanks Todd, I knew it couldn´t be that easy. It was a good analysis Trick, keep up the calculations, and I am sure will see that eith everything added together we have more than the .0001 that is the stock price. I beleive that when all of the valucations come out that we will have assets closer to .0010 than the .0001 but we have to be patient to see what happens. T
