Below is patinhouston's accounting of the Vegas party. patinhouston is one of our "reporters" who attended and also tried to get as many of the questions we put together answered. It is lengthy but an interesting read. I felt it better to leave it completely unedited.
Thank you patinhouston for your help and taking the time to write all of this up.

PART 1
First, What a trip ! Second, how good to be home !
If this post becomes lengthly, I'm sorry in advance, but I want all the details, large or small to be included for better minds than mine to piece together. I am writing this WITHOUT proofing or spell check, so pity my grammar and spelling. I also took some pictures ( which I will post later ) of the party itself so that you can see the amount of money, food and entertainment was put forth for this event.
(The Party itself.)
Some 2 thousand + people have finally managed to squeeze our way into the banquet room and are trying to find chairs to sit and go back to have some of the fantasic food that was present. There were plently of tables available toward the front of the stage ( some 15 or so ) but they were all marked "RESERVED"....and in fact, they weren't for 'small nobodys' like my wife and I ( 60 years old plus and walking Vegas all day...I'm not happy that we both have to stand at a tall table for 3 hours plus...can you tell? ).
We first were entertained by Elvis the Plevis and I must admit it wasn't bad. After Elvis came, "Love Shack" ( about a 5 to 6 person group ) and they were very good and played their first set for about 30-45 minutes. Everyone was getting restless after Love Shacks;' second set finished and then appeared Ed D.( Nevada Minerals and UCAD )
Ed D came on stag and handled himself like a PROFESSIONAL show announcer and proceeded to get people ready to look at their ticket numbers ( on the wrist bands ) which each person had been given, to begin the drawings for the prizes:
• The first prize was the 2005 Kia automobile, which a lady finally won from a group of 15 drwings
• The second prize given a drawing of 30 ticket numbers, each for a chance at receiveing a letter containing various amounts of cash ( lowest being $300.00).
• The third and final drawing was done the same way ( 30 numbers )as the previous one, and this was for internet access units for your home television set ( 495.00 valued ).
At the end of the drawings, Ed made a beautiful speech and asked everyone to look at a video that they had prepared for this party....the video would explain itself. the video was showing pictures of the Dallas race and people at the tent there. My daughter and I were at the Dallas race and so I remember the settings etc. I also remember spending an hour laughing and trying to find out all the rumors from one person ( who had perhaps one million shares and was hoping big time for his wife and young baby )...to cut a story short..this video was in memory of Dale Fyke ( please correct the name if I'm wrong ) this is the young man that a few days after the race, was killed in a car accident! For those that don't know...Chris with UCAD ( at that time ) flew down to Dallas and attended his funeral. I will never get over the feeling that this company appearantly has for its shareholders and human beings.
Love Shack came back and continued to play for about an hour when people started feeling uneasy from standing and nothing happening ( mixed drinks were also available for $4.50...when I last looked, business was good.), a lady ( 30 ish ) came on stage and somehow got herself a microphone and proceeded to explain to UC that he needs to get on stage and start telling CMKX's shareholders some information and the status of drilling, becoming fully reporting etc.
At first I thought this lady was trying to get everyone's attention to introduce UC but as the Security gaurd came up onstage and chased her off ---the crowd then realized NO news was planned and the party was finished. As I was instructed to do, I was told by another person that this lady said she was from Canada and her name was Lesley )
