Last nights discussions in Dr. Diamond's room originated from questions that I had asked USCA via Chris Hanneman. The questions precipitated answers to the following topics that I originally went in there to clarify for everyone after receiving those answers.
First the issue with the delay in USCA meeting with the SEC. All of the documentation necessary to prove the accuracy of publicly disseminated information made in press releases from Aug 15 to date including the 3rd Quarter filing were not complete and an additional day was required. The SEC was unavailable to meet until the 10th causing the delay until next week. This is just a bump in the road and is temporary. The SEC suspension began October 28th at 9:30 a.m. EDT and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on November 10, 2004.
Secondly, the rumor of USCA/CMKX ownership of Shore Gold was in question. It was a misunderstanding whereas a miscommunication occurred thinking that Shore Gold was a Joint Venture partner when in fact it is Shane Resources. An understandable mistake to say the least.
Other issues were discussed and many questions asked. However, the primary issues were the ones I highlighted above.
Now, with that said. We must be extremely CAUTIOUS in how information is disseminated in PalTalk and on the message boards including the pro boards. We are at a critical junction in this investment where literally the eyes of the world are upon us and everyone including the SEC is listening in. I know that we all make mistakes and misinterpret information however, the best way for us all to help USCA and CMKX at this time is to minimize information mediums and reduce the conjecture and rumors that are running around out there. Our investment is secure and there is no need for worrying. The fact of Roger Glenn's involvement in our cause is evident that we will prevail through these trials and tribulations set on our companies by whomever is attempting to prevent their success. Be cautious of false statements, rumors, press releases and filings. Most importantly know that there is a coordinated effort between many including some prominent Internet Stock Reporters to discourage shareholders and tarnish the good name of CMKX and USCA.
To assist in this cautious effort I will not be speaking or posting publicly on PalTalk or any other medium until the SEC has deemed USCA compliant with Rule 15c2-11 and brokers are confident to quote the company once more. The reason is that anything that anyone says including myself is easily misconstrued, or repeated incorrectly and I do not want to give the SEC or anyone else further reasons for delaying the inevitable success of our two companies. I will continue to accept phone calls and personal email communications in private.
I ask you all to be careful and responsible with what we post and what we say at this time.
Thank you and Best Regards to all
