We have been , for all intents and purposes, without any signifcant news. We have a situation in Canada, which on the surface, appears problematic for UC & Co. I understand from DD, that an attorney..other than RG is on the case and recent events with UCAD were not the best. Personally, I 'm not too concerned either situations as I am over the lack of viable news..from CMKX. Now, I'm not suggesting this may happen, but wanted to run it up the flagpole for you all to review and comment on...so here goes. What if US Canadian Minerals or (USCA /UCAD). undergoes a reverse merger? Could they potentially be the impetus for CMKX as well as many other potential investments made by the company. UCAD had a R/S right after the first of they year when transitioning from Barrington Foods to US Canadian Minerals. guess what I'm pointing out is, that while we still have no clue about SGGM's role in this, and given UCAD's current situation, we might have to consider this option, of them ding a R/S, which i personally dislike, but until we have something concrete from CMKX / UC, to convince me otherwise, I'm not sure of where we are headed, with the exception that I still think we all made the right decision buying into CMKX... Just my opinion and nothing more...wish we had some real news to contemplate...what do you think Bart?

NP...considering that when a company resorts to a R/S,"it's kind of like the last nail in the coffin" When you look at UCAD's performance or for that matter, other companies after an R/S, it's not hard to see that the company may flounder for years at the bottom and simply not be able to will recover.. Yeah I know, there are examples of companions that have rebounded out of a R/S,but none come to mind right now..how would you word that for a google search..."companies that have recovered, after doing a reverse split"...lol

TEXT ;D ;D
FW: At the present time. I see no way that USCA would do a reverse split. There O/S is not at all high enough to warrant one IMO. Also, they just gave out a F/S which if they then did a R/S it would show the companies management team is totally incompetent. It would be a disaster for the stock. Also, RG would lose all his credibility. They would have to have some major negative event to happen. To make them have a R/S. I think the best thing is just to hold off and see what the next quarters numbers look like. Also, why do this with CMKX setting at your side with all the potential it has. I also see no way CMKX would do this. It would for sure destroy that company and RG's credibility. UC has stated as long as he owned the company he would never do that.
On the attorney handling the Canadian problem. That sounds logical to me. RG is probably not licensed there. Also, a Canadian lawyer would know the laws a lot better. I am sure the Canadian lawyer would stay in contact with RG. ((If it is true that a Canadian lawyer is working on this. I have seen no PR or anything on this.)) Maybe I missed it.
Also, SGGM and CIM are still huge ? marks.

Thanks Bart...needed that boost of confidence...I wanted to see, if anyone was listening and would respond to a thought outloud...appreciate it buddy... I'm still feeling like we have something waiting in the wings..SGGM, CIM ..but the puzzle eludes me, no matter what ange I look at this preplexing situation...When I think UC will do something logical...he comes out of left field with something and then, upon reflecting, we say..."oh yeah, that makes sense." My brain is fried and I 'm sure we have miles to go, before we sleep..."

This is what I'm talking about...people are starting to see...maybe realize the same thing...damn,...it's nice when the early morning fog starts to lift and you can see the world around you taking on recognizable shapes.... By: grajekk 22 Nov 2004, 10:20 PM EST Msg. 122103 of 122108 (This msg. is a reply to 122093 by grajekk.) Jump to msg. # Maybe CIM? Well it really doesn't matter anyway.. WHAT IF? CMKX offers 10 billion shares of SGGM out of the 200 billion we own, for the 40 billion shares of CMKX that Urban paid out of his own pocket. This would now put a valuation of $.40 for CMKX, considering sggm is $.10. Now cmkx retires the 40 billion thus increasing valuation by another 10-20%. Puts us in the .50 range even before filing! Thinking outside the box again! Looking forward to comments or additions to my newest theory.
