...................discussing CMKX?
By that I mean a bit of mindfulness, which means paying attention to the big picture, understanding the continuity of events, finding the truth, and executing common sense when making statements about the current or future activities of CMKX.
Making good speculations based on facts is not a “bad” thing, except when you post stuff that makes others believe it to be a “given.” During the process of doing these “theories” anticipate that others will read them and add their own spin to what you speculated.
Just for giggles and maybe “rumor control” how about these guidelines…for speculation / rumors and even DD…because all are based on research and observation of CMKX, and the related activities in the market place:
1. Sets out clear goals for yourself on what you are proposing and maintain a steadfast focus on staying within those goals and how the post impacts on the shareholders of CMKX.
2. define the direction your theory is suggesting that CMKX may be headed and define the potential
financial and strategic objectives of the theory as it relates to the “big picture.”
4. care about the people reading your theory, how will your theory impact on them? People are the
essential ingredient in any stock and stock message board. People tend to value a thing, by linkage with
relationships formed as a result of a “shared experience.”
5. communicates effectively--the lifeblood of human endeavor is communication. People read these
boards religiously and they are affected, some emotionally by the contents of the posts. If these posts
leave questions and concerns, more information is needed..so follow up with “replies.
6. don’t assume just because someone asks a question they are stupid or ignorant…it could be that you have
not communicated your idea effectively. So instead of “jumping on them,” open and maintained some
level of communication, because good communication with all parties involved can head off hearsay,
gossip, speculation, and adoption of defensive positions.
In addition, silence virtually always communicates the wrong message. Btw, if you feel very strongly
about something, take it private, if not, you force others to deal with you in the “public” forum, which is
not often the best place to air differences. I know, I have been guilty of that ..when in the past someone
has baited me…lol
7. relentlessly stalk the truth--the stakes are high for all parties, and sometimes the facts are presented in the
best available light, but as a "spin, " that could be highly unreliable. Information may also be withheld
for both legitimate and dubious reasons. A situation that could compromise a company's competitive
position will probably be closely guarded. so watch your spinning.
8. for those reading..look beyond the spin to locate what is hidden, and get beyond assumptions and understanding as stipulated by another. Follow the path of a question until you have its answer, and include seeing and listening with mind and heart. The results of truth stalking can include better decision making, assumptions being understood, and unncessary communication risks addressed anr or avoided.
