According to what I have been able to gather in conversations or letters, they are not dilluting their shares. We have seen a little rise in pps over the week and today, acctually started yesterday a massive shift looking like a sell of as I waas able to buy back those 20million shares at .0001 I have no reason for the massive serge of shares at ,0001 other than a MM shorting them.
Now my personel opinions, BUY, BUY, BUY, I am not 100% sure but close enough that one day the SEC and DTC are going to wake up and change the way securities are traded on the OTC. I think they are going to go from one extreme to the other and take a zero tollerance to any shorting. This would be another good reason for owning PRRM,
