John14-6 (& ALL), about your thoughts...
If your next door neighbor proved to you that he had an official valuation of the land in his backyard to be worth $40 to $80 billion, would you move?
Wouldn't you at least take under consideration that even as a worse case scenario, since you have 1.4 million acres and your neighbor only had 58,000 acres, you might have a good chance of having some nice value in your land?
Would you see that 1.4 Million ÷ 58 Thousand = 24.14 times the amount of land that your neighbor has?
If it was known that 80% of all kimberlite found in your region that you and neighbor reside was diamondiferous, and your neighbor’s backyard was already valued at $40 to $80 billion would you move knowing that you have 24.14 times the amount of land that he owns?
I don't know about you, but I and many others would not move. That is why we are staying right here with CMKX. At least not right away until I got the goods out of my backyard for a fair value.
Since you would have no other info to go by officially, wouldn't you at least speculate with a positive inclination that you might very well have huge vale in your backyard?
Wouldn't you at least try to affix some worse case scenarios to derive at a minimum of what the value of your land would be through the use of Intrinsic Valuation?
Wouldn't you understand that nothing is never a definite 100% guaranteed until it is done, but wouldn't you be excited about the variety of info to consider for spec-o-lation?
If not, I would understand. We all have our own types of personalities which makes us who we are. On the contrary, I would no doubt fully understand as to why one would be excited about such potential and possible opportunity for existing.
I'm not trying to convince you to feel as I do about CMKX, but I am just trying to show how you should be able to understand and respect why one might decide to take the view of an Optimist rather than that of a Pessimist. I understand the sides of both, but I choose to mirror my actions of being an Optimist! These are only my opinions!
All is well!
