My opinion on CMKX plain and simple

Lets say me and you lived next door to each other. OK I know. You do not like me. You also do not like the person living on the other side of you. You have a for sale sign up and you are going to move ASAP. Now I wake up one morning and find OIL coming out of the ground in my back yard. I am going to be rich. The person on the other side of you gets up the next day. OIL is coming out of the ground now in his backyard.
He is going to be rich. Now I ask you? What are you going to do with that for sale sign?
Well I know what I would do. I would go ahead and sale my house. I would even cut the price. Because I do not want someone, to buy a house, that has oil on each side of them. Now do I? But I am a total FOOL.

This is exactly what CMKX has going for itself in Canada. The big exception is that they have 1.4M acres to play with.

Correct answer is: Sell the house but retain all mineral rights. You get the money to move into a larger house and monthly checks from the oil they pump out from either side. A win - win situation.
