At 4:55 pm EST today. After introducing myself to John Mitchell, the conversation went as follows...
Q.) Has the CMKX audit been completed?
A.) Yes, was completed by the lawyers.
Q.) Can You verify the current O/S count based on the audit?
A.) No, am not allowed to disclose that information.
Q.) Is CMKX planning on moving to another exchange in the short term?
A.) Isn't everyone? That is uaully the ultimate goal for most public companies
(FYI- John had no comment for either OTC:BB or AMEX)

I realize these statements have been made by others, but I had to call for my own DD sake and John seemed very positive about his answers and was happy to answer my questions.
IMHO, as I have been stating for the last 2 weeks, Silence is Golden and we are about to take the ride of a lifetime.
