As what we all know that...and even task force also said that there will be atleast 2 trillion NSS in CMKX.

Well let's take 2 trillion nss....task force already prove it after 15th March'06....now it's time to cover the shorting which is not possible for MM's b'cause cmkx is not tradeable any more....

Than what's the next step company has to go to court or to the SEC for the settlement....now if they go there first of all they will ask what is the book value of the cmkx... and company has to say 0.0001 (Pls. correct if I'm wrong) so, if book value is 0.0001 than court or sec will order MM's to pay off 2 trillion stocks as per book value 0.0001. (this is just my opinion) ...

And I'm sure MM's will agree to pay off as per 0.0001, instead going in to the jail....even they will very happy to pay off those amount...b'cause they already sold billions of stocks as per 0.0010 to 0.0002.


Now as we all know cmkx O/S is 800 billion....so, what we will get in cash settlement only couple of thousand as per our qty. of cmkx.

Unless if company prove in court that b'cause of this NSS compnay lost billions of dollars business...but they have to prove in court...and it's takes years and years...

Even company never mention anything about the NSS situation in any of their PR's....even they never gives update about the drilling information....never said about the actual valution of the company.....

That's the biggest mistake company did they never tells the truth about what's going on....they hide all the financial information....that never file.....that how MM's took the advantage of NSS....

This is just my opinion pertaining to the monetary offer we will get....oh yes there will be $$$$$$$$$$$ coming our way but it may not be quite what we expect.....

2,000,000,000,000 * 0.0001 = 200,000,000 only $200Million they are getting off easy ..... however at *0.001 = $ 2K Million (better)

That seems more realistic and should teach the MM's a lesson, maybe not....
They almost seemed shocked to find out that we had over 60,000 shareholders.

This little pinky will make a mark on the MM's portfolio either way and they will certainly
make sure that their future target does not involve a group as large
as ourselves with people that have a ton of money to sue !!!

Which means that the Transfer agent must already be issuing NSS Certificates for CMKX shares.

So, some of us will probably have the option to trade those certificates back for $$$, others may be out of luck an the banks will simply return the money people spend on
their shares originally. (That doesn't sound very fair does it, but if you read the fine print they have that option.)

Worst case scenario:
We have a bunch of shares returned to their original owners, but the MM's have a problem, it doesn't seem all that fair that they have not received Entourage Shares hmmmm.
Lawsuit begins.... no one wants to see politicians, inquiries, etc.... so most likely some kind of settlement and everything goes under the rug.
This kind of publicity would ruin the trust for investors and no one wants that as it would have a devastating effect on all the other stocks.

I would think the company has the value of the company well hidden. That's why there has never been assets or value attached anywhere, even thoughout the court system. Drilling and samples hidden. A lot of hidden information.
