"....in CMKX you have 1.5 trillion short on 100billion outstanding shares. Even a negotiated settlement at a tenth of a penny, nearly bankrupts the system. They just let this thing get so far out of control, it cannot be managed. I think the settlement would have to be structured. It would have to be paid out over 3, 5 - 10 years even.
There's simply not enough money short of the Federal Reserve stepping in like they did for long term capital management some 5 years ago. UNIVERSAL EXPRESS, if they continue to hit the ball out of the park as they have the last week. You have no clue where that could hit. And the SEDONA case, Rod Young's company, and despite the SEC's deregistering them, they have big trouble coming. All they'll do is give him redress in the Federal District Court.
From there he'll be able to get officials of the SEC and the DTCC into a room and ask them questions under
oath, that if they refuse to answer, they're be jailed. I see a BIG land change coming. But it will come very slowly, the government moves that way. But, after the tete offensive in 1968 the only people we were fighting were the north vietnamese. They were willing to pay the price to take south Vietnam.
They lost 2 million we lost 58,000, but they won. We have the equivalent NASSA sacrafice to the causes and rights of these elitists. These people in the hedge funds, especially the offshore ones, have inflicted these losses on the American people. We've had to default. We've had to pay on oversight.
But it's in the Senate banking committee, the house committee on financial services, the government - the president even, beginning with CLINTON, because he's--------- in 93, I mean BUSH inherited them he didn't creat them. But in that period of time, we've had literally trillions of dollars stolen from our retirement accounts and pension accounts, our investment assets with no recourse against the people who have done it, in violation of the 5th amendment.
You will be continuing to hear more about that….this is going to get a lot nastier before it's over. People are going to have to be prudent. These people are like cornered rats, right down to the last day they're going to be acting arrogant. I'll be reporting a lot less in the future because of my business commitments. My profile is as strong as anyone's in the marketplace now, cause I've been speaking out for so long, taking such strong stances.
The only real thing that the political system will listen to is PAPER. BURY THEM IN PAPER. That's the only thing that puts them at risk. If I could put this into perspective. The SEC instituting regulation SHO, during the comment period only received 2700 letters. Okay, if you guys want to make a difference you better write 2.7 million letters. You've got to take your emails, print them out, sign them and send them in an envelope to your senators, congressman, your legislative assistants, their assistants and to the agencies. Send them, and send them, and send them till you break their backs.
Believe me, at this point they haven't shown any
predisposition to take the initiative to do this thing properly. That's the only thing they're going to listen to. When they go from using the closet to store the letters to using the room to store them, that's when they're going to get jumpy. When they come into your county and you have the chance to hear them, ask them why they haven't done anything about the short selling morass again and again.
Cause only time is going to overwhelmn them. I hope everyone takes this to heart, I've been so far out there these past 5 years, taking such a strong stance, I've been threatened repeatedly and honestly, someone else needs to pick up the ball. There's no one else here of so-called experts, who actually came from a securities industry background and you must have someone like me to replace me. I say again, if Jim de Costa, were from the industry he would be beseiged.
You haven't had a industry person other than me say, this is wrong. It's inappropriate and morally reprehensable. But you've got to have that. You've got to reach out there and find someone who is semi-retired or has moved into this side of the industry. Here's the good news. I consider this issue to no longer be in doubt. It's just about what price we're prepared to pay to beat the enemy. It could be enormous. I remain concerned about a financial meltdown. If that happens, these ass-holes excuse my language, they should be driven out of the country, they should lose their citizenship and have to travel without papers, nothing else is appropriate for this kind of treason.
The really sophisticated guys have hidden their assets in such multi layered manners. There's only one way you're ever going to get their assets from them is to jail them, put them in a dark, dank, swiss style prison that was built around 1200. In a room with no mattress
in minus 55 degrees, give them one thin blanket, a bucket for their meals, toilet and water. Let them see what it's really like to suffer cause nothing else is going to get them to cough up where their money is. And if they are allowed to keep this money that they've gotten through criminal misconduct, we've achieved nothing.
I'm 60 this year, I have to pay attention to my positions for retirement. I'm going to have to take a back seat on this for now. Understand, I had my personal loss in this back in 2000, in losing $17 trillion on a company that had 155 employees bankrupted by its pump and dump CEO and partnership with bluntly, a bunch of criminal shorts. So I'm not just someone here talking about this as a distanced person. I'm an actual victim. I proved everything in my case and you know what they told me after two and a half years, they didn't have the resources to prosecute my case.
I guess that was because that was only $400 million stolen so that wasn't big enough for them to pay attention to. Nothing else means anything to politicians except what will make you vote for them.
WE HAVE AN INSTANT MESSAGE HERE FROM SOMEONE IN PALTALK, THEY ARE ASKING IF YOU KNOW WHAT THE LEGAL OUTSTANDING SHARES IS IN CMKX?
I've been informed by reliable sources, that it's 100 billion shares outstanding, the number of shares turned in for cancellation. That's my understanding, it's from a reliable source. You know there's been so many bad stories about CMKX circulated, here's the good news, I say this to the CMKX shareholders as a group: you remain both the largest and the most cohessive shareholder group of all of the short selling victim groups, bigger than all the others combined and I have a perspective trust me.
So I say, you have to stay together, stay focused and communicate. If there's been a single great failing in this issue. We have a lot of people going off on tangents without any leadership. And the bottom line here now is that there is an emerging leadership here now, coming from some of the new players Bob O'Brien, Patrick Byrne, Rod Young. But until you align yourself with a leadership group and support not only what you are doing but what they are doing, this will not come to a head. You know, if there had not been a Hoch-ee-min (you get the point), there would not have been no North Vietnamese Communist party, and by the way he was more a Nationalist than a Commuist. So you need an emerging leader, who has the financial wherewithall to take the heat and personal threats.
These people have too much money and until they are gotten to nothing is going to change. I hope this has been successful. I think this is going to get a lot more dangerous before it gets safer….
DOING MY BIT FOR THE FAMILY, HOW ABOUT YOU?
