According to 1st Global audit is completed and handled by CMKX's attorney Roger Glenn.
There will be PR soon about CMKX reporting to a new exchange possibly AMEX ..
The PPS will move to the levels above the minum requirement for AMEX listing( may be 60 cents or 1 dollar or even 3 dollars) once the detailed plans are reveled in A PR by CMKX's attorney..
Why you need a R/S when the O/S is low and the valuation exceeds the minimum requirement for listing in another exchange?
Well take this for what it is worth. It would be nice. But for us to have such luck would be just to much to ask for. But I am going to ask for it anyway. Please send us to the AMEX with no reverse split. If you are going to ask for something. Ask for everything.
