Thus that was the reason for the name change previously from CMKM to CMKX.

Now if we go to CMKX.OB exchange they will have to cover again.

However one thing I have not been able to find is if CMKX moves to the OB exchange can it retain it's 0.0004 stock price ?

Can anyone confirm if there are any regulations regarding that.
Although I'm certain that it would not be at that price for very long and you can take that to the bank. MM's have guaranteed that for us by shorting this stock.

There is no minimum price restrictions for the OTCBB exchange. There is a minumim of $1 per share for the NASDAQ and a $3 minumim for the AMEX.

There are no minimum quantitative standards which must be met by an issuer for its securities to be quoted on the OTCBB; however, the new Eligibility Rule limits quotations on the OTCBB to the securities of issuers that are current in their reports filed with the SEC or other regulatory authority.
