To file this PR just as to file something doesn't make sense. Maybe they wanted to say: "We do what we do and have nothing to publicly discus under given circumstances. See you in court."?

AZ: I agree. I think that we are telling the SEC with this 8-K. We are here and not going away. As you said "see you in court." To me this is very good to see. I myself have never seen an 8-K used as a vehicle for a PR. I feel they wanted the SEC to see that CMKX means business and also let us share holders know that also.

Bart and Saturn, I'm glad you see it this way, too. I should say it better: it's not like they don't want to "publicly discus" their situation, but don't want to discus it in the manner SEC is trying to force them to discus. I think that last PR was written in a very fearless tone, and they just gave to it even more official status. Bravo!

8-K
A report of unscheduled material events or corporate changes at a company that could be of importance to the shareholders or the SEC.
I believe this is appropriate. By formalizing said PR's into 8-K's, it's on the record so to speak. I think this helps my confidence level, don't know about yours.
