The Weirdale property is located in the Fort à la Corne area of Saskatchewan, close to the Star Kimberlite property. Shore currently owns a 100% working interest in the property with Skeena Resources Limited ("Skeena") maintaining an option to acquire a 70% working interest in the property by undertaking exploration expenditures of $150,000 over a two year period. Under certain circumstances, an additional 20% of the equity interest in the project may be purchased by Skeena for a cash consideration. Skeena is currently completing preliminary drilling on the property.

Kenneth Earl MacNeill> Director of the Board for Skeena same as under Shore gold,.. connected to alot of companies. I have watched Skeeena for a long time as well,.. Part of the web? Who knows,.. but I do know that the property surrounding Weirdale had been ours ,.. and then in April Shore Gold acquired it,.. so I guess one could say there may be a questionable connection there,.. seeing how north east of weirdale was the project "Sask Kimberlite project" which many tried to figure out more on but can find very little,.. sask goverenment has it listed as a spot where diamonds have been reported found,.. and it was own by and JV's by CMKM with UCA and KPG as well,.. Will we see these guys with us or connected ? ONly time will tell,.. not enough DD yet to say IMHO fbruhm.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=PR27s/franko
