You might want to take another look at this company as the tide is starting to turn. The company has decided to talk to it's investors and has told some of their investors that they are not considering any R/S, nor are they doing any diluting. I was considering holding back this information for my next sub penny report how ever this information could catch like wild fire, wich could dramatically change the PPS of QANT You can still get fills at .0001 and we would strongly suggest you not paying anything more than .0001 per share at this time as we fear that it is being very severely shorted along with a few other concerns.
From what we were able to gather their is an A/S of 10 billion shares and 8 billion shares of common stock O/S with many of them being in restricted form. We also have insiders holding controlling interests through prefered convertable shares wich if converted it would surpass the A/S. We are confused about the share structure as this information has not been made public as of yet, though there is sufficient evidence of MMs not following supply and demand practices in their dayly trading of QANT, so we beleive shorting is accuring on a regular basis. We do not know when or if QANT ever plans to file and become a reporting company. We beleive QANT does not meet the requirements at this time to fall under regulations SHO, though we are now hopfull that they will take the steps nesassary to fall under regulation SHO.
This stock is still very speculative, at this point in time.
All of the obove contains opinions and facts to give you somthing to consider and ponder while doing your investment reserch, before you do any investing.
