theory regarding the OS… feedback pleaseHowdy,
Thought I’d get in on the speculating here. This is something I have thought about in the past but never really became clear till this morning.
Ok, so it appears we have almost 800 billion shares outstanding according to the dividend ratios. I think we do and here is why.
The 300 billion authorized share increase was done 2 days before the date of record of the UCAD dividend. We know that according to the dividend ratio it would appear that almost all of the AS has been issued. They would have had to be issued immediately in order to be eligible for the dividend. So, where did those shares go? It is my opinion that Urban issued them to himself (or the company…) in order to get a high % of the dividend. This would have accomplished a couple of things.
First, Urban (or CMKX) would now hold a significant position in UCAD, GEMM and CIM. This is something which we were all surprised to hear was given away in the first place. Why not just give us a percentage of these shares? From seeing the increase in JV price along with the UCAD forward split we are still making out well with the amount of money these dividends are giving us compared to our original investment (even if we paid more than .0001). Most companies don’t give you back almost the whole value of your investment in dividends, let alone a pink sheet company. This gives the company a substantial enough position in these other companies to have a voice, and yet still takes care of the shareholders. It is a nice gesture IMHO.
Second, it provides the ultimate headshake. Think about the laugh the MM’s (and bashers etc…) had at the AS and seeming OS increase. Not only has the AS increased but according to the dividend ratios there must be almost 800 billion outstanding! No real investor would possibly take this company seriously, right, Mr Webb? lol This has allowed the company time to continue to retire shares at a cheap rate, allow investors to increase their position and also allow Roger and Urban to fly under the radar of those responsible for the manipulation and shorting while they carry out other aspects of the plan.
Here is where it gets interesting. How do they clean it up? It is my opinion that once the dividends are issued and they are ready to become reporting that Urban will mass retire the billions of shares he issued in order to clean up the share structure (between 400-700 billion…). Could you imagine what a PR stating that they are retiring 400billion + shares would do? What if it were 600 or 700 Billion? What a day that would be! This is what I believe could happen.
