Zen's Take on the Party! (from the other board)

I don't post a lot (actually this is my first post) but I read this on the other board and figured I'd post it here. Call me a basher, whatever... at .0002 pps and the party 4 days away I'm not seeing much to celebrate about.

It's funny how all those theories out there pointed to something big happening before the party... yet here we sit with a few restricted dividens and our thumbs in our asses.

I'm sure I'll get a lot of heat for these comments but anyways... here is the post:

Sorry this is probably highly inappropriate but I just have to say that it is TOO damn funny to not comment on. Not only are they asking shareholders to cough up the bucks for a trip to be "appreciated" and not only did they pick one of the very cheapest cars ever made to give away, but now they are providing as entertainment a talent show put on by (you guessed it) .... YOU!! LOLOLOLOL I had to re-read that and blink a few times. I thought maybe my contacts had fallen out. But yes, not only can you come out to be "appreciated" but you can help defray entertainment costs by performing on your own. LOL

Add to that a clearly Christian agenda throughout the events (no doubt influenced by Christian Traders), and this has got to be the joke of the year. (Note: My comment has nothing to do with Christianity and everything to do with ANY form of religion present at a party in Sin City LOL tooooooooooo funny).

Here is what you can pay thousands for in Vegas:
1. "appreciation"
2. A chance at a Kia
3. watching your fellow shareholders perform
4. a christian contemporary singer
5. sunday services
6. someone painting
7. "special guests" as of yet unnamed
8. all of this way off-strip at the not-so-nice Texas Station

and imo the MAIN EVENT which will NOT be the revelation of Roger's plan but instead a few loaded shareholders who finally get pizzed off at the pps and start throwing bottles at Urban. LOL

Wheeeeeeeee. Can't wait for the reports back. Remember folks. 72 hour cancellation policy on many hotel bookings!! Cancel today! Operators are standing by!!

Actually, this had already been posted in the rumor mill...but thanks for your effort to bring it here..No you won't be slammed for your opinion (might have used rectum...lol , not the same effect..I know), but consider this, we are all in this together and we are all just a fustrated as you appear to be..

So, we understand "Z's" venting and the venting of other..we all would prefer some upward mobility on our investment...but we'll have to be content with what is happening as ancillary to the CMKX stock itself, casue we know stocks and pinkies and realize that CMKX is not like any pinkie to date and should, when everything is said and done...realize a significant "gap-up" to make everyone happy..

BTW..welcome aborad ..please continue to post, after all that is why we are all here, to learn and share the "CMKXEXPERIENCE."

I, too am disappointed at what appears to be the agenda for the party, after all the hype supposedly from Urban that we should all go to the party. And one post as I recall it. One shareholder told Urban he was really hurting financially and should he sell his stock. Urban supposedly told him no hang long and you'll have money in time for the party. How many times have we heard this type of retoric? I can understand how this whole process of putting this super company together and getting on a major board may take longer than planned or expected. Well fine why not just cancell the party. What fun is it going to be hanging out with a bunch of loyal longs, when everyone or most of us were believing all what appears to be hype about this great party. Is this just to get us to go to the races which apparently are more important to Urban and staff then to host the party he wanted us all to attend? I can barely afford to go to the party let alone pay more to go to the races too. I would rather buy more stock. I'm still planing on going to the so called party. But I'm wondering if I'll be all alone. Another thing this thing was planned on a holiday(if thats what you can call halloween) and on a race weekend when Vegas is cramed full of people and the hotel rates are higher. That not important if your loaded (or have gotten the promised money for the party. This shows me we as stockholders may not be as important to this company as weve been told. Of course their are those who don't need a reason to party. I'm not one of them, and I don't like Vegas that much. It reminds me of Pleasure Island in the Pinnochio story. Only for adults. And as for the kids having a good time. I'll bet any one of them would rather go to a theme park. OK I've vented my spleen and no I'm not a basher so don't refer to me as such. I just think it's really inconsiderate to go one with this party if this is all thats planned. It sucks. In spite of it all I'm hanging Long for as long as it takes. It seems like whenever someone posts a negative comment about cmkx, everyone likes to slam them or completely disregard their comments. I'm happy to post wonderful theories about how the master plan will be unveiled and we will all be rich, but I don't see that happening in the immediate future. I've been reading quite a bit and looking at posts from several months ago on various boards and see a trend in the way many people like to hype up the next few weeks as being "big", but the theories generally never pan out.

I have confidence in this stock. Like you said, it is very different from any other pink out there and will definitely make us money in the future. My frustration comes from the fact that the people running this company decide to hold a shareholder appreciation party when there is nothing to celebrate and most shareholders cannot even afford to attend. It's possible that Urban and the other guys might have expected us to have made some money by now... but the fact that we haven't should indicate something went wrong in their plans.

I'm hoping for a good week and maybe we will see a PR or two. Some good news about the company would be a more effective way of showing appreciation to the shareholders, IMO.

Guys no one will blame you if you don't go to the party, since I am not going to attend either.
However look at what CMKX has accomplished and you will feel better. The stock price will reveal it's true value once all the dividends have been distributed and believe me we have a lot of them.
No company has ever distributed so much and it does make me feel great that in 2006 they will no longer be restricted in our accounts, but at the same time it worries me that people feel like they need to sell them today.

Also looking at CMKX guys just look at the pictures from above we now have a GOLD mine.
I sure would like to know how much of the gold that will be produced will belong to CMKX.

Real values.

I don't think we will get that information till CMKX moves to a new stock marked which again won't happen till all the dividends have been distributed.

There is also something else cooking, I just don't know exactly what that is with SGGM.

I know CMKX will be getting 200,000,000 shares of that company, but for what reason. There are a lot of reason to think positive. I know the stock price is very low right now, but not for long.

I truly belive that those of us who can hang in there will become Millionaires not tomorrow but perhasp a few month to two years down the road.

Think big, don't think small.

Zen, I tried to send a private reply, but for some reason could not. I'm sorry as now I will do it public. I have no idea why you hate those who are attending the Vegas party, but let them have their party and have some fun. What's your problem with this? You seem to be connecting it with the value of the company. I don't have a clue what your problem is. Just GET OVER IT!. You talk about a "Cheap Car:" giveaway. When, in realty, why do they have to give a car away at all? They don't. It's just something to make the party more enjoyable. This party is not something to celebrate in terms of PPS. In fact, the shareholders are the ones that instigated this whole thing. If YOU REMEMBER (which I've sure you don't), the shareholders started talking about a shareholders party a long time ago. UCAD/CMKX/ and others took it upon themselves to put this together. They didn't have to do this, but they did it because the stockholders were talking about it. Doesn't ANYONE REMEMBER THIS??? Check back on the threads. The shareholders started this whole deal with the party. wHY ARE YOU TRYING TO BLAME THE COMPANY FOR THIS WHOLE THING? All they are doing is trying to do is help the shareholders.

What upsets me with ZEN comments about the party is that he doesn't "GET" any of this. I'm sorry, I know how you "love" Zen, but he is wrong in this case, and I'm sick and tired of hearing his complaints on the Vegas party. It is not costing him one read cent out of his pocket (including the car which he describes himself as a cheap car). Zen doesn't get the party at all. Someone needs to tell him this.

I personally hope that everyone going to this party has a great, great time. I truly wish I could be there. Family commitments do not allow. Have a great time and do not let those who are "Jealous" ruin your fun.

P.S. ZEEEEEEEN - I would love to hear the music from those shareholders that you think are hired for "cheap". I think of them as family and I really want to hear their music. You just don't get the family idea here and I'm starting to wonder what family you belong to.

Also, now that I know that your are criticizing Christians, I have even less desire to hear from you. Am I the only one hearing this guy?? And, I use to like him. Sorry, I'll take my "lumps", but I have to say what I have to say. READ THIS POST FROM ZEN AGAIN.

I do NOT apologize for my post.

The party is stupid because there is nothing to celebrate except confusion and a lack of clarity as of yet by the company on what the hell is going on.

I am investing in cmkx and not my fellow shareholders. This is a financial decision and I do not think of anyone here as family. There are good people who I hope succeed with this investment but business comes FIRST.

And I guess I didn't disclaim my Christian comment loudly enough (I thought I did). I meant no disrespect to Christianity or Christians but clearly feel that any company sponsored event should be devoid of religion. And I would say that if it were Judaism, Catholicism, Buddhism, Taoism, Islam or even Urbanism. ESPECIALLY when the party's in Sin City. My apologies to anyone that misinterpreted THAT portion but I DID disclaim it in my original post.

If you still have an issue with me, that's your issue not mine. As I said from the start, I ain't here for a popularity contest.

PS: Idea for the party - A rumor dunking booth. Anyone caught spreading a rumor has to go sit on the platform.

PPS: I do hope anyone that decides to attend has a great time. For the life of me, though, I can't see why anyone would attend unless they just wanted a vacation in Vegas anyway. And to them, awesome. Hope it's fun!

Boy it seems that alot of people are turning on Zen tonight. Zen keep up al the good work. Your efforts are very much appreciated by many and I am one of them. People wake up and smell the coffee. This Vegas party, or appreciation event should not exist.. CMKX is guilty of planning the song and dance before achieving the most important. - RESULTS..

WATCH OUT FOR REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY. LIKE THE FREAK WHO CAME ON THIS VERY BOARD AND SAID THAT HE HAD SPOKEN TO SOMEONE AND THAT CMKX WOULD BE .49 BY THE END OF NOVEMBER. It was actually shareholders that came up with the idea of a party in Vegas....UC made the mistake(apparently) of running with it.I'm sure he figured we'd be farther along in the process than we appear at this date.Everyone needs to relax and take a deep breath...we all have the same goal here.

This is a point I think everyone should remember...it was a "joint" venture by a bunch of people....think back and you'll remember...FW
