UCAD 3 for 1 is deffinately taking place...new cusip number...will be trading tomorrow or next day under new cusip.
NASD will decide what day actual split takes place...they are in control. If you buy on old cusip you qualify for split. Old cusip will trade up until time split occurs. Again new cusip could chnage any time.
Certificates....old cusip number will not show but any time it will auto be upgraded 3 for 1. You will not be sent new certs but when you turn in it will auto be upgraded.
The split in no way affects any maintained share price UCAD needs to qualify to a larger exchange.
