"Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity''.
Hey Guys, this is not nitpicking and lord knows, it isn’t directed at anyone here, who reads, contributes and enjoys PB#33…….ummmm! PB33, sounds like a movie…about a big wooden power boat......lol
While the opening is a little harsh, those who have used some of their valuable time..(and I do appreciate it) to read my “Midnight Ramblings” know that is how I closed my last “update.
OK, as I said, it may be a little harsh and “stupidity” may be... should be changed to just “ignorant,” or less harsh ... "clueless," ..how about "stay on the porch if you can’t run with the big dogs.”
My point being, I 've run the gambit of the other boards and FWIW..some people just don't understand, or can't take the time to read between the lines...OMG...
fastwalker are you suggesting that we "spec-o-late?
No..simply read and understand what you are reading.
For example, I 'm thrilled beyond belief about the recent UCAD PR and for that matter the past several PRs and if those who complain would have have taken the time to read, analyze and extrapolate what the PRs have stated, they would understand that we (CMKX) are in fact developing a viable revenue stream, with various companies. Why?
To stabilize CMKX and "build--grow--whatever you want to call it" our company base.
Just for giggles take the most recent PRs…., the first line says it all….
-->U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. Announces Initiation of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Preparations<--------------

LAS VEGAS, Oct 25, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. ( UCAD ) announced today that it has initiated preparations for compliance with the upcoming additional requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The initial step in this process for the company will be the formation of a corporate advisory board which shall report directly to the board of directors.
The company is currently performing due diligence on several potential candidates for the board.
The company expects to have an announcement in regards to the selection of the initial members to the corporate advisory board within the next several days.
OK, so what does that really means? well first look at this ----------->Based on the following...............>
www.sec.gov/divisions/corpfin/faqs/soxact2002.htm
The Sarbanes Oxley does NOT apply to stocks traded over the counter. Where does UCAD trade....I seem to remember the ...OTC:BB...
So, compliance with it (the Sarbanes Oxley) is unnecessary for any OTC:BB company,(unless I read the act incorectly) to include UCAD.
So why would UCAD even contemplate “coming into compliance.” Only, if they we in fact anticipating listing on a higher exchange. Yes, guys you heard the rumor first right here FWIW....…loL
Since we know that is their goal, this recent PR is a nice confirmation that they are taking this goal very seriously.
And as we all know, Roger Glenn is an expert in compliance for this area. This should facilitate a listing on any exchange, including OH BOY...should I say it....“the big board.” There its out...I said it..(dislaimer..FWIW.. it's my opinion)...lol.
For those still bitter about the party..Here is a consolation.
Consider this, an significant announcement is made and we hear about it…which I’m sure we will, (as in all who couldn't’t make it) ...well we will all be sitting in front of our computers on Monday morning…waiting for the opening bell to ring, to take advantage of the announcement..especially if it means a "gap up."
OK…thats all I really wanted to say..so now back to being a semi-rational adult….lol
More to come...27 October 2004
