MAXIMUM PAIN ?
Has it finally arrived ? Maybe. Could it get worse? Maybe.
I think what upsets me the most about the current situation is just the lack of information from the company. If keeping quiet is part of a plan to help out the shareholders, then my bill for the pain is getting as high as Rogers legal advise to UC. I just find it hard to believe, that something could not have been said by the company or Roger, as small and uninformative as may be, that could have put at ease most of the shareholders missgivings, and insecurities. The people who bought at 4-6 for example, and who sold today because of the terrible appearance of the USCA situation in direct relation to CMKX.
The trading today on CMKX was not the way one would expect if there was nobody to support the stock. Somebody is buying all the stock for sale at 2 and 1, and retail cannot buy at 1, so if the insiders are just getting out, and the doors are about to close, I think they would have filled my buy orders at 1 today. That didn't happen. Another interesting thing that happened with the trading today, was that alot of retail set up sells at 2 most of the day after the bad news on USCA was out, and they did not fill, until about the last hour. Not sure if any of you saw that, but almost a billion went off at 2 in less than 30 minutes, after the retail sales built up. It happened when everybody got off the ask except CRWN, and as soon as people started to see the MMer's get off the ask, and those retail sell orders at 2 started to get cancelled and drop off, then thats when you got filled. As soon as all the retail sales got off at 2, then EFGI came back to the ask to try and get some more desperation sales at 1. Bottom line, somebody is buying the stock.
Another thing that is happening when the split is 100% apart, like we are seeing at 1 and 2, you can't see who is actually doing to buying. You can't see if its NITE, or JEFF, etc, because most of the trading is being done at 2. Somebody is trying to stay under the fence.
So I am not scratching my head much after seeing the trading today. Was a deal struck with someone to keep the price of the stock at 2? If so, I think thats done and over with. Is the company still unloading shares? Nope, no retail buying today at all, mostly sellers today, and the stock was supported. Is this some kind of wringging the towl out for the last time to try and get the last weak hands out? Pretty sure thats what was attempted today, and guess what, they didn't get much out of our hands.
I don't want to sound like a pumper now for this next comment, and most of you know that I am really not at all impressed with anything this company has done in the last couple of months, but I got to thinking about something today. (I know, doesn't happen often, but lightening struck today) The average daily volume since October 4 is over 10 Billion. Our A/S is 800 Billion, and If UC owns just for kicks, say 100Billion, then we trade the O/S every 70 trading days. That my friends is not at all out of line in a stock. I can name alot of stocks that take almost a year to trade the O/S, and I`m not talking about OTC.PK, or BB stocks, I`m talking about the big boys on the NYSE, or NASDAQ. Something just to think about if a rally starts for those who don't ever think we could go north.
Anyway, still not happy with the silence going on from the company. Throw be a darn bone !!!!!! UC and Roger, you guys owe me a million for this headacke I have had for the last 6 months !!!!!
