1. Yes they are looking at aquisitions and are hoping to have some letters of intent out for people to veiw in the near future as details are still being iorned out. One of these aquisitions that they are looking at and might sign a letter of intent is in CO. How ever, it is not a resort that they are interested in aquiring nor is it the biggest one or thing in the country, but I am sure that as to what ever they aquire we will be happy.
2. They did not and are not meeting with MMs. Their opinion is the pps will run in do time as it is very easy to see that the pps does not reflect the value of the shares. The shares are worth alot more. They are not concerned over the pps as of yet.
3. They are looking at going to the BB board, but it is not a priority at this time. So it is not in the immediate future, but more than likely will happen at some point in time.
4. Right now their biggest concern is to propperly aquire the several prospects that they have been working very hard on. These tasks have been taking up all, or alot of their time.
5. The no R/S is 100% accurate. They will not R/S this stock.
The above was compiled over the last week while talking to several individuals who are considered to be insiders including the CEOs of the corp.

Very good Post Warren,
does this information come from the horses mouth, or is it speculation? I assume you have spoken to the CEO sometime in the last week to get this info, am I correct?

From emails and personell conversations with Dan, Ian and other insiders.
They are a little tight lipped right now so I think we are close to something happening, but this is just an oppinion based more on huntches and edjucated gueses than facts.

I haven't anything about the colorado trip, so maybe it has something to do with that? T

You mist be paying about a 10-20% commision rate of your trades. I don't buy unless I am buying around $1-3K worth of a stock. Not bashing just curious. T

Sure, through Ameritrade, $10.99 = 11%. However, money is tight so it is just a gamble at this point. Kind of like throwing a dart to decide what to invest the last $'s on. In fact, I had the buy in for a few days at .0001. Decided when I came home from work that I would cancel the buy and look for something else. Found out the buy was made just before 4:00 pm that day.
I look at it as a sign. lol Bet some money at the Grayhound races in Florida about 30 years ago. They scratched the dog from my tri-fecta. So, at the window I radomly picked another number. I WON! Not much, remember over $400. But what a great feeling for what was about a $5.00 bet.
With the DD and some luck - ;D ;D ;D - who knows.
Where else can I buy a million of something for $110.99. lol
