Prime Rate Investors, Inc. Subsidiary Partners with NYC Based Production Company
STOWE, Vt., Feb 18, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Prime Rate Investors, Inc. (OTC.PK: PRRM) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, High Angle Media, Inc. has partnered with the New York, NY based production company, Pavlina, LTD for the co-production of multiple works to begin immediately. The relationship was originally initiated when High Angle Media was engaged to co-produce the sequel to Pavlina Proevska's 1988 children's film, The Magic Snowman, starring Roger Moore. Production of The Magic Snowman II is scheduled to start in February, 2006, but the parties have begun collaboration on a one hour made-for-television documentary entitled "The life of Stoyan Christowe: An Immigrant Journey." The film is a biography of the Macedonian immigrant, celebrated author, and Vermont legislator and will be sponsored in part by the Macedonian National Television and the Macedonian Arts Council, of which Proevska is the Executive Director. Ms. Proevska has been an independent film producer since 1986. She served as a Producer for CBS News in New York and the USA Cable Networks before founding Pavlina, LTD.
