CMKX and Racing
For some, the idea of CMKX’s focus on racing provokes anger. That’s understandable. But I believe it’s part of a brilliant plan. Right now the racing aspect is the company’s sole marketing push. And I think it’s incredibly effective.
There would be no short squeeze to speak of – no leverage, without awareness. Much of that awareness is coming from the weekly races. Some of us get caught up in all the activity on RB and the Web in general. It’s where we get most of our investing information. But the general population has never heard of, nor do they give a hoot about stock chat boards.
Think about this: You go to the races. You see Jeff and the CMKXtreme machine. You receive some printed material explaining that the company holds mineral claims to more than a million acres on one of, if not the richest diamond discoveries ever found. And, you can buy the stock for a fraction of a penny.
Pretty cool. People come away feeling like they have the chance to get rich for small money invested. It’s full of intrigue, mystery and even romance. I know it struck me that way at first – the thought of hitting the big one on a sub-penny diamond mine - what a hoot. It’s an idea that stays with you. And the people who hear about this at a race tell their friends. And many of these people go out and buy the stock. I believe that the folks who primarily focus on RB are a relatively small pool of investors compared to the many people CMKX has touched through racing. We've been the number one stock in the pennies for months. That didn't happen by accident.
You can think what you like, but IMO, the racing aspect of the Casavant maneuver is just as important as the drilling rigs. Another thing. There are still a lot of people who like to call all of this a scam. What kind of person (UC) would create such a high profile marketing campaign - exposing himself and the company to tens of thousands of racing fans and tons of publicity every week - not to mention having one of the best legal guns money can buy in his corner? For my money, a brilliant person! The exposure we get from racing couldn't be bought for five times the money it costs to race. GLTA
Take if for what it is worth.
