Ok..FWIW...This information came from another board...I don't know exactly what the significance is or may have to CMKX / UC other than what is listed here as speuclation.......maybe it's simply a rumor and or at the very least some wild speculation...in any event, here is the information for what it's worth...
The original question, as far as I could tell was...who is
Emerson Koch? Follow along here it's interesting ...

zen, here is some info to help you complete the picture a little
more.
If you look at all the claims in the Fort La Corne area, you will
see 3 corporations that are labeled only as Saskatchewan ###########
(numbers) Ltd.
The largest claim of 1.7 million acres is registered to Emerson Koch, but the land is part of CMKX, according to Melvin.
The second claim, which is named in a very similar way to Koch's claim (which leads me to believe they are connected), is registered to Rick Kusmirski. Melvin will not comment on this parcel.
The similarities are too much to not be very suspicious, imo. You can access this information the same way I did, by calling the Saskatchewan Department of Justice and asking for the Corporations Department. I think this is just another way to possibly link Kusmirski, IUC, and CMKX.
Now we find the Koch family stuff....
Charles G. Koch, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
David H. Koch, Executive Vice President and a member of the board of directors
David and Charles Koch, sons of the ultraconservative founder of Koch Industries, Fred Koch, direct the three Koch family foundations: the Charles G. Koch Foundation, the David H. Koch Charitable Foundation, and the Claude R. Lambe Charitable Foundation. David and Charles control Koch Industries, the second-largest privately owned company and the largest privately owned energy company in the nation; they have a combined net worth of approximately $4 billion, placing them among the top 50 wealthiest individuals in the country and among the top 100 wealthiest individuals in the world in 2003, according to Forbes
And of course .. Stock patrol has to be in on the act…<br>

Next we find that the name may be wrong....
must be mistaken about him being an investor since he is/was the treasurer of CMKM.. "On the other hand, we were able to learn some information about Casavant International Mining from Nevada’s corporate records. Those files reveal that Casavant International Mining Corporation was formed in January 2003, and that its President is Urban Casavant.....
Those records also indicate that the corporate secretary is Carolyn Casavant and the treasurer is Emmerson Koch."
How does this E.KOCH figure in........
Emerson owns Double K Excavating. He is a good friend of Urban. His company clears the drill sites and moves heavy equipment for CMKX.
There is no puzzle or mystery about him. He is an open book. He is also the guy who stake the claims at the claims office for CMKX. He is the reason we have so many. We owe him many thanks to him and his family for their service to Urban. He is a good man.
More on the Koch's name........
