I truly apologize for any inconvenience, but based on recent events surrounding this security, Ameritrade has made a business decision to only permit closing transactions. You may continue to hold your CMKX positions. You may also request that we send the shares to you in certificate form. I am sorry, but you may not place opening transactions to buy shares or add to your current position.
As indicated on the Terms & Conditions on your application: 86. Ameritrade may, at its sole discretion, refuse any security order, and I shall not hold Ameritrade liable for any loss I may sustain due to its refusal to permit the purchase or sale of the security.
At this time, we do not have any indications of when or if the status of CMKX will change with us. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Just thinking: If Ameritrad can refuse to buy CMKX for there own reasoning. Then it stands to reason they could refuse to sell when it is not in their interest. The reasoning for (Request Stock Certificate) is taking a new twist.
Anybody have any thoughts on this? JMO
