From another board FWIW:
Having just spoken to SEC I have the following information: The hearing is schudeled for 4-25-05 in Washington DC. Time is 9:30am and is at the SEC headquarters building at 450 5th st. in DC. Hearing is set to be held in room 1-C50. The nice lady said to be sure and call again on Friday afternoon 4-22-05 to be sure it is still on and to be sure that it is still in that room. Also, If coming to be sure to come early as everyone must pass thru security before getting into the building.
Also another board said that Dr D would be attending the hearing.

Just a little something to think about.
Question: If you were UC and you were running a scam company. Why even show up for the SEC hearing?
Answer: You would not show up period. You would be heading out of the country as fast as you could.
It's time all faced the facts here. Not a one of us knows what is going on with CMKX. IMO that is good. In a poker hand. You do not show your hand until all the cards have been delt and the chips played.
If people would just think back. The company was putting out PR's left and right. Then came the lawyers. That ended the PR's about what the company was doing. After UC missed the Indy, because he was called to the drill site. We have got nothing on drilling since. Why?
Now why are we still buying up mineral rights. Is it because we are trying to get all the mineral rights up in Canada that we can. Do we know something the others do not know? Like when we ran our air surveys and flew over land that was not ours. Are we buying up all these mineral rights just to sell off?
I do not know what we are doing. But it just makes no since to me. For UC to keep buying up mineral rights and not know something. IMO there are two possibilities about him buying up all these rights.
1. Where him and his family can control the price of diamonds in the future. He would open up a new mine when ever the others played out. This way no one else could buy up these rights and put even more diamonds on the market.
2. Checks all these other claims out to see the value of them. If not good enough to mine. Then get rid of them.
In ending I will just leave it in his hands. He knows way more than anyone else, on what the game plan is.
