Sorry guys but he did make some valid points I could not answer and here is his math:
Something just doesn’t add up with the UCAD deal:
$10,000,000 from UCAD/ 0.00000962 =
Therefore UCAD got 1,039,501,039,501 CMKX shares.
At current market value of 0.0004$/CMKX share: UCAD got $415,800,415 for only $10,000,000
Now lets take a different look at it:
$10,000,000/5$ (Value of each UCAD share) = 2,000,000 UCAD shares being distributed.
2,000,000 UCAD shares/ 40,000 shareholders = 50 shares to the average person.
That means the average person gets 250$ This gain doesn’t make any sense.
Can you please help make him shut up.

This is what I told him from Green Baron:
It appears there will be a delay in the pay dates for all three dividend distributions due shareholders of record August 20 (UCAD), August 31 (CIM), and October 1 (GEMM). As discussed in our last update, the payout of the UCAD dividend was delayed by two weeks to October 6 as announced in a press release. Third parties have verified that the pay date for the CIM shares will be October 18, and GEMM shares will be on November 15. The Green Baron Report is confident the dividends will be paid, and that the change in dates is part of a much bigger plan orchestrated by corporate attorney D. Roger Glenn.
At the beginning of September, The Green Baron Report thought we would see the price of CMKX begin to rise. We underestimated the internal timeline that CMKM Diamonds has set to release specific details about drilling activity, and filing to become fully reporting. We made it very clear in our most recent update that our position has not wavered one bit, and that we remain patiently committed to see CMKX become The Stock Play of a Lifetime.
He could not argue with these statements and said that perhaps they are not revealing something to the rest of us. I told him it will all be explained we just need patient.

Hey IQ...The math...assuming that we only have 41+k, is , or would be correct, assuming that the average shareholder has 10M..but to be truthfull with you, the math is convoluted to say the least, especially if your are seeking "y", when "x" is unknow...in that type of equation, you could plug almost any number in and arrive at a viable "result."
I'm not too confident on the 40k figures, it seems to be a number batted around to "make a fit" where the original numbers are unknow...granted such peculation is often the basis for an algebratic equation..buy the end reult woulb be flawed, if the initial input is in error..
But then, what do I know, I majored in Computers so I wouldn't have to think...lol.
It is a good question and deserve a valid answer..hopefully we have someone willing to plub in "abstract" numbers and find a "solution..."

Guys I think I have figured it all out.
The MM’s may have shorted so much, I mean so much that they are the ones that will be covering our gains. It’s the only logical conclusion. They must own Billions and Billions of CMKX and now they will have to pay up to cover our gains.
Let me know what you think.
