TWO SCENARIOS
If I understand the "basher" and the "tout" arguments, it seems we have two possibilities.
Bashers assert the following:
1. There is no naked short position in CMKX.
2. UCAD, GEMM, and other dividends are all part of the scam to keep investors interested in CMKX.
3. Urban has issued mega amounts of stock to insiders through very cheap financings and those insiders are liquidating their holdings on the open market to retail investors.
4. The properties and becoming reporting are irrelevant as it is all a side show to "legitimize" the financings while fleecing the public.
5. Officers of these other companies (GEMM, UCAD) are in or it and benefit by the runs in their own stock.
6. RG is just a hired gun, either blind to the whole scam or not caring about it because he's hired to do what they ask him to do.
7. Some of the more vocal CMKX touts are truly touts / insiders benefiting from the scam.
Touts assert the following:
1. There is a huge naked short position in CMKX.
2. The property has merit or at least significant potential.
3. Roger was hired to help develop a master plan to capture the shorts in a trap and make them cover.
4. The dividends are all part of that "master plan" as well as showing how many other companies want a piece of CMKX because of its incredible potential with respect to its properties.
5. Some of the bashers are actually paid by the shorts or work for market makers that are short.
6. The rise in price of GEMM and UCAD is proof that the naked short exists.
7. The longs are relying essentially on the trustworthiness of management.
Other information:
1. Neither side has proof that they are right and both are relying on circumstantial evidence for their argument.
Is that about right?
