:oRumor? By: WillyWizardClub 25 Oct 2004, 10:05 PM EDT Msg. 106627 of 106685 Jump to msg. # Source: Chris UCAD UCAD 3 for 1 is deffinately taking place...new cusip number...will be trading tomorrow or next day under new cusip. NASD will decide what day actual split takes place...they are in control. If you buy on old cusip you qualify for split. Old cusip will trade up until time split occurs. Again new cusip could chnage any time. Certificates....old cusip number will not show but any time it will auto be upgraded 3 for 1. You will not be sent new certs but when you turn in it will auto be upgraded. The split in no way affects any maintained share price UCAD needs to qualify to a larger exchange. Thank you,

;D The number assigned by your B-House to ID your shares within the "street name"location..also used to id..the share / company..could be wrong ...any body else want to jump in..? A number identifying all stocks and registered bonds. The Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures (CUSIP) oversees the entire CUSIP system. This system is used in the U.S. and Canada. Foreign securities have a similar number, called the CINS number. It is pronounced or sometimes referred to as a 'QSIP' number. In the case of Old..the share purchased before thos new round of shares emerged...
