Warren, a quick question for you.
I received a black folder this weekend saying thank you for owning the shares in the new company that I never received becuase they changed the date on me.
Have you heard anything on how they will compensate me for this "mistake" that they made?
I have written Ian emails but have never heard back from him.
THanks
Todd

I got that folder as well. It was nice to get though I knew all that was in it and it looks like they are trying to influance a few into buying shares.
As far as them changing the dates for the dividend. I beleive it was do to a mistake they made in filings with the SEC regarding the dividend date that made them have to change the date and cause some people who bought over a 15 day period to loose the dividend when I beleive they where intitled to it as many bought at the PPS considering they were getting both.
I was not one of them so I can not do much about it. I suffered no losses, though I would not be offended nor upset at any one who did not receive the dividend for these shares to contact both PRRM and CMSI as between them some satisfactory arrangement should be made.
Just my opinion Todd, I never like the date change and I beleive that componsation is do to those who were misled.

I lik this company, but this lack of trust in them is a big big negative in my eyes. I know you go up there and visit them ofter, when you go next time could youplease bring it up to them that there are many very upset shareholders over this issue? T

I just received mine yesterday from CMSI. It was nothing really to look at but I figure every one should of received one.
2 things todd regarding this. I think it was CMSI that messed up the dates and not PRRM though both companies are somewhat accountable for it. Did you als contact CMSI about the issue they may be able to do something also.
Nest. I plan to go up there again in a month or so. I am waiting for a few events to hapen. When I go I will let the board now and try to bring up[ any valid questions. It may be a weekend trip with my wife or it could be a day trip, not sure at the moment, wife is incharge of that. LOL However if it is a day trip, you would be more than welcome to meet me and come with me. I know they would more than welcome us. I will let you know when as soon as I know.

I work pretty much 5 or 6 days a week and might not be able to go up there with you.
I don't really get out of CT much these days. Working in the hedge fund industry is a bear somtimes...... but pays well.
